Exercise plays such an important role in keeping you and your baby healthy during pregnancy and beyond.
The key is doing the right exercises, in the correct progression with a structure of what to do and when and having a proven plan that works.
After having a baby, you must allow your body to recover whilst at the same time. that recovery means taking care and attention to re-balance your deeper core muscles, relieve typically tight areas of your body and heal abdominal separation.
Then with a gradual progression you continue to work on strengthening your core to minimise abdominal separation returning and improving the function of your core and tone of your tummy, if that's what you want.
